ATTENTION PARENTS! Our classes can help teach your child valuable Life Skills that help them to succeed!

By giving your child the gift of confidence, they will be more likely to stand up to the Bully and say ‘NO’ to negative peer pressure. Not only will they become physically stronger with the exercise, they will learn how to defend themselves from the bully, learn important lessons on self respect and respect for others, and among many other things, understand the concepts of working to achieve set goals.

We run our Taekwon-Do Classes in a unit at the Mitchelstown Business Park. The classes are specific to age group.

 

Please email us  if you are wishing for your child to train at our school. If we do not have a space we will put your child on our waiting list.

Spaces are limited but we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

 

Classes are taught by experienced instructor Master Frank Murphy 8th Dan and Catarina Murphy Msc. Physical Education & 3rd Dan.
